Mes esame vieninteliai Lietuvoje antžeminių saulės sistemų gamintojai. Mes perkame metalą iš didžiausio Europos Sąjungos metalo gamintojo iš Vokietijos, Anglijos arba iš Švedijos. Vežame į Lietuvą, pjauname tą metalą į juosteles, iš kurių gaminame 1,5mm, 2mm ir 3 mm storio profilius.
Cinko padengimas yra 350g/m2 ir tai yra žymiai aukščiau vietinio standarto. Iš tų profilių mes padarome konstruktyvą pagal specifinę saulės panelę. Būna panelės monofacial, kuomet gamyba vyksta iš vienos pusės. Būna panelės bifacial, kurių gamyba vyksta iš dviejų pusių. Bifacial sistemos yra gana specifinės, gana sudėtingos ir naudojamos daugiau pramoniniuose objektuose.
Šitoms sistemoms mes turime specialų mūsų dizainą. Mes įdėjome savo inžinerinius įgūdžius, inžinerines idėjas ir savo ‘know how’ ir aišku stengiamės sukurti geriausias darbo sąlygas savo gamybos komandai. We are the only certified manufacturer of ground-mounted solar systems in Lithuania. We source our metal from the largest European Union metal producer, ArcelorMittal (https://corporate.arcelormittal.com), from factories in Germany, England, or Sweden. We transport it to Lithuania, where we cut the metal into strips and manufacture 1.5mm, 2mm, and 3mm thick 'omega' profiles according to European Union standard EN1090-1:2009+A1:2011. Each manufactured part is marked with the current standard (including CE conformity marks) during production.
We use metal with either Magnelis® or Zinc anti-corrosion coating. The zinc coating is 350 g/m2, which is much higher than the local standard (in Lithuania 275 g/m2 is used everywhere).
We design and manufacture the structure from the profiles according to the specific solar panel. For each type of structure, we calculate wind and snow loads according to the Construction Technical Regulation (STR 2.05.04:2003 Effects and Loads) applicable in Lithuania.
There are mono-facial panels where manufacturing takes place from one side. There are bi-facial panels where manufacturing occurs from both sides. Bi-facial systems are quite specific, and complex, and are more commonly used in industrial projects. For these systems, we have our special design. We have incorporated our engineering skills, engineering ideas, and our know-how. We are very grateful to the Department of Material Strength and Theoretical Mechanics at KTU (Kaunas University of Technology) for their cooperation and assistance in solving complex engineering tasks.
